What we collect, and what we don't.
Short version: the eligibility assessment runs in your browser and we never see your answers unless you type an email address into the box at the end. You do not have to. There is no email box at all if the answer is no.
Last updated 27 October 2026. Operated by 1021574 BC Ltd., operating as Atrayu.ai. PO Box 3195, Smithers, BC V0J 2N0, Canada. Questions: info@atrayu.ai.
1. The eligibility assessment does not send us your answers
The eligibility assessment is JavaScript that runs on your own device. Your headcount, your years of records, your systems and your answer about rights stay in your browser's memory and are gone when you close the tab. Nothing is uploaded. The same is true of the systems you tap in the logo grid further down the page.
We say this on the page itself, which means it has to stay true. If that ever changes, this paragraph changes first.
2. The only thing you can give us is an email address
Every result has an optional box above the button. If you put an address in it and press the button, we receive:
- the email address you typed
- your result, as a short code, and the answers that produced it
- which page and which ad variant you arrived on
- the date and time
We do not ask for your name, your company name, your phone number or your address, and we have no way to collect them. If you never use that box, we never receive anything about you from this site beyond what section 3 describes.
What the box asks for depends on your result. If you qualified, it offers to send you the result and what to have ready. If your records are not the fit, it is an offer to join micro1's referral program instead, because a company we cannot place often knows one we can. Either way the box is optional and the button works without it.
3. Analytics and advertising
At the moment, none. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking of any kind. We cannot tell you how many people visited it.
That will change. We intend to advertise, and advertising that is not measured is just spending. When we add analytics or an advertising pixel, this section will say which ones, what they record and on what date they were added, before they go live rather than after. If you are reading this and the paragraph above still says none, then there are none.
Whatever we add later will not receive your assessment answers and will not receive your email address. Browser-level tracking protection, an ad blocker and your operating system's ad-tracking setting will all work on this site, and none of them break the eligibility assessment.
4. Who else sees it
Google. Addresses submitted on this site are written to a private Google Sheet, through Google Apps Script. Google stores it. They are a processor and they do not use it for anything else. If we move to a mailing platform later, this section will name it before the move, not after.
micro1, only if you go to them yourself. When your result says you qualify, we show you a link to micro1's own application form. We do not send them anything. If you click it, you are on micro1's site, giving micro1 your details under micro1's privacy policy, and what happens from there is between you and them. Our referral code is in that link, which is how micro1 knows the introduction came from us.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your email address, and we do not pass it to any other buyer, broker or advertiser in this market.
We never hold your company's data. Not during the assessment, not after it, not at any point. We are an introduction and nothing else. Your records go from you to a buyer under an agreement you sign, and we are not a party to it.
5. What we use your email address for
Exactly what the box said when you typed it in. If you qualified, your result and what to have ready. If the published thresholds are the only thing standing in your way, word when they move. If your records are not the fit, what makes a company worth referring. We may also write to you about this market if we think it is genuinely useful. Every message has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.
We do not run automated calling or text messaging. We have no way to, because we never ask for a phone number.
6. How long we keep it
Email addresses: twenty-four months from your last reply or click, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Then they are gone within thirty days, including from backups on their normal cycle.
Analytics records: none exist, because there are no analytics. If that changes this line will carry a period and a date.
7. Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act, and under the GDPR and UK GDPR if you are in the UK or the EU, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw consent at any time.
Email info@atrayu.ai and we will do it. We will not ask you why, and we will not try to talk you out of it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to your own data protection authority.
8. Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all. The eligibility assessment runs in your browser's memory and stores nothing. If we add analytics or an advertising pixel, section 3 will say so and this section will say what they set. There is no cookie wall on this site and there will not be one.
9. Children
This site is for people running or winding up a business. It is not directed at anyone under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
10. Changes
If this changes materially we will change the date at the top and say what changed. We will not quietly widen it.
